I am supposed to keep record of both my training and my diet. (Food diary and training program)
I used to do this in little notebooks that stowed away in my gym bag, BUT. I filled those books, and can't see a point in replacing them when I'm two weeks away from leaving. (Well, actually, I'm just lazy).
Anyway, I figured I'd just type it up in a word document from the comfort of my bed haha. Then I figured, while I'm here, might as well put it up on dA so anyone reading and willing could pick up a few pointers or whatever.
So I'll write my training sessions down, and all my meals and snacks and everything, and you can all tell me off for my bad days, and make me feel good about my good days. Also, if you wanted to try out any of the exercises listed, or just have questions in general, shoot me up with a comment or note and I'll try to explain technique and whatever else as best I can
I will also share recipes if I find any good ones, or if anyone asks about a certain meal
